| Mutual Aid Agreements |

Chiefs are encouraged to contact their OEM Coordinator to participate in the signing of the Municipal Mutual Aid Agreement that will cover all parts of your municipal government. This agreement will help with your compliance with NIMS requirments. |

FIREFIGHTER SAFETY ANNOUNCEMENT: All members are reminded to use the F-1 frequency when responding to cover assignments. This policy is very important as you may cut out critical fire ground information by signing onto the fire ground operational channel. |

| Staffing County Policy |

The meeting held on May 11th at the Audubon Fire Department saw the passage of the new operational policy on Staffing Counts. This policy will allow the Communications Center the ability to track the number of interior qualified firefighters on location. This information will be provided to the Incident Commander at the 10 minute mark of the incident. This policy is another attempt to enhance firefighter safety. ANNOUNCE YOUR MANPOWER WHEN RESPONDING. |
